Honest Auctions LLC promises to help liquidate your items as effectively as possible.  That means we take care of selling your items, clearing your home, and we don't leave you with leftovers to sort on your own.  We promise to remove all agreed upon items, so that you don't have to!  That's peace of mind.

We will first discuss your needs and the items you wish to liquidate.  Honest Auctions LLC exclusively offers online auctions through a proven and well known national website.  We will advertise your sale for the best outcome and allow bidders to bid on your items.  All lots start at $1, but consumer interest will drive up the prices! We don't promise retail prices, because this is your home, not a retail store.  We promise the least amount of traffic through your home, while successfully liquidating your items.  That's honestly a win-win.

Honest Auctions LLC will always execute a contract with our clients.

As the Auction company, we agree to:

• Handle your items and home with the utmost care and respect.
• Keep you informed of the process.
• Provide an itemized list of all sold items and their purchase price.
• Honor our promise to remove all leftover items that were included in the auction.

As the client, you agree to:

• Clearly indicate what items will be included in the sale.
• Accept the bidding process and release ownership of sold items to the winning bidders after payment has been processed.
• Allow our staff access to the home/items before, during and after the sale so that we can fulfill our obligation to clear the items.
